Client Account Tiers

Client Account Tiers

Nabtech has developed a new system to reward customers who have proven to be trustworthy over time. This system considers various factors, including the duration of account activity, the number of active products, and maintaining a positive invoice payment profile. We currently categorize accounts into four tiers: New, Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III.

Account Tier Rewards

Depending on your account tier, you will have access to a variety of rewards, including:

  • Global lifetime recurring store discount, with an account-based global discount code on new products.
  • Instant provisioning of accounts, without any manual review or setup.
  • Access to exclusive products.
  • More rewards to come soon.

Requirements for Account Tier

We evaluate the following criteria when determining your account tier:

  • If products are kept active.
  • How long active products have been maintained.
  • Maintaining a positive invoice payment profile.
  • Registration age of the client account.
  • Number of active products.

Checking Your Account Tier

To see your account tier, simply visit the client area. If you have a tier, it will be displayed first in the block section.
